Relocated to Dallas last month, had to get an apartment prior to my move. So moved in without seeing the unit (Apart from the pictures online).The Management and Staff went well and beyond the call of duty to ensure my apartment was up to par and move in ready. The leasing process was simple and efficient, did everything online. Krystal was extremely helpful and took care of all the details. The staff has been in constant touch to ensure there are no issues. When I moved in, everything was setup and ready. Would recommend Allura to anyone moving to Dallas.

From day 1 when I walked in the door inquiring about the property everyone was absolutely wonderful! They all were super pleasant, knowledgeable and walked me through everything from start to finish. The Management and Staff went well and beyond the call of duty to ensure my apartment was up to par and move in ready. Alex, Amber, Krystal and anyone from the staff I may have missed by name I want to thank each and every one of you for making my transition while moving as pleasant as humanly possible. I have to say I was not exciting to move because I was hoping to buy a house this year. Amber did a great job though at finding an apartment that fit my needs. Everything from finding the apartment to moving in. Amber was accommodating and helpful. Also the location is great because it is right down the road from Whole Foods and Kroger (1-2 minutes). Starbucks and The Boardroom (where I get my haircut) is 1 minute away. And major freeways are close as well. I don't ever hear my neighbors like I did in my old apartment. Overall, I recommend Amber and Allura.

The staff at Allura Las Colinas were very helpful during the application process and so forth, I was skeptical from reading prior reviews but after meeting the staff myself and being assisted by Amber. I had nothing but a great experience. They always respond promptly, The property’s courtyard is beautiful and very well kept. The community is also within walking distance from many food and entertainment spots. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for great scenery and hospitality!
