I’m new to the area and have been touring around Dallas trying to find my perfect home. I toured on Saturday with Kimberly who was an absolute BALL of joy! She did a great job in explaining policies and procedures with me (ya know? The boring stuff!) and made it seem less scary than what it typically is at other places. She also sold me on the place with her upbeat attitude alone! I absolutely LOVED it here! I unfortunately waited too long and the home I was eyeing was leased before I made my decision. If you ever find yourself needing a home in the Irving/Dallas area, do yourself a favor and visit Alesio in Urban Center and ask for Kim! You won’t regret it!

The apartment is perfect. Just moved in a little over a month ago, and loving it. The apartment itself is very spacious with an amazing balcony view of the grounds. There is a decent amount of green space around the complex, with a great view of the lake. Yes, there have been some minor issues in the apartment, but the local team has been fast in responding and fixing the problems, so no complaints with the service. Ricardo was amazing in getting us set up with tours of the grounds and apartments, and very accommodating in our requests to view the apartment multiple times as we were deciding where to live. The whole process of going from first viewing to signed lease and move in date was less than a week. Only point of improvement would be a bit more cleaning in some of the common areas - the elevators in the garage look like they have not been swept out in a couple of months, and the floors of the gym and hallways could use a good mopping.

My wife and I lived here after we first got married and it was a great experience. It is a super cool location with lots of awesome amenities and things to do in the surrounding area. Ricardo and the rest of the staff are super helpful and quick to get back to you if you have any questions or needs. The Alesio is the best kept secret in Las Colinas and a great place to live!

I’ve been at the Alesio Urban Center for almost a year now and this place truly feels like home to me. The fitness center is so impressive compared to most apartments in the area and I love the trail around Lake Carolyn. I’m also happy to see that a lot of maintenance issues that we experienced earlier this year have been addressed. But what makes my stay a truly amazing experience is one particular employee within the leasing office, Ubong. His attitude is always exceptional when it comes to dealing with residents. There’s been many times when I’ve walked in the office and watched him de-escalate situations on behalf of others while I’m simply waiting on a small question to answer (yes, I’m essentially eavesdropping here). But in all serious, he’s made my move here so much better! Excellent customer service, Alesio has a gem with this guy here.

I agree 9 out of 10 times they never answer.
Oh no. My renewal is soon. FML. It's probably because they finally almost finished construction so it's less annoying to live here. Update: I got my renewal notice and it went from $1018 (not factoring in the free month of rent when I first signed about a year ago which after factoring that in made my base rent $940) for my 678 sq. foot one bedroom (not on lake level and no view, private yard, etc.) to $1051 and they gave me that rate for anywhere from 9-12 months. So reasonable I would say for a renewal. They also without me asking gave me another promo which after factoring that in made my actual base rent for my renewal contract only about $970, which was unexpected! Very pleased.
The neighborhood is nice they have built alot in that area (Toyota music factory) if you don't mind the hustle n bustle this is your spot.
Yes. There is a laundry facility on each floor.
The parking garages are gated. Mainly how you access the units but the community isn't.
