Meh. For the premium prices, I would've expected much better customer service. First time customer with a puppy and needed help which was hard to get and wasn't very knowledgeable about their products. They do have a large selection of supplies but is priced 10-25% above even other specialty pet stores. I'll stick with Mud Bay as I've been to 3 of their locations and have been super happy with them all.

Awesome place brought my Kids and Dog with me into the store. Customer service was excellent! Employee that helped us seemed happy and eager to assist. I enjoy going to a business that has a warm atmosphere, and knowledgeable professional people that enjoy life and animals. Making my experience beyond 5 stars. Thank you! Good news -- our Boss Dog Greek style frozen yogurt is on a BOGO sale all July, so stop by for some of that! We also sell multiple varieties of locally made Swell Gelato for dogs. My own dogs personally adore both of these treats and encourage you to visit our store!
