We have a 42 ft 5th wheel. We stayed there in Oct and BARELY fit in the site they gave us. We were coming back for a month and a half and found a site that we knew would be a better fit for our bigger trailer. We gave them a deposit on THAT site only to find out they moved us to an area where we WON'T fit. They insinuated that IF we were staying longer we would have had a better site. We CAN'T be gone 4 months and they obviously dont care. We cancelled our reservations but wont be able to come back in March because everything in the area is booked. Total lack of consideration and customer service!!!

Roads in very narrow ! Sites extremely small ! Sites are set up so you face from you trailer door into the person next to you trailer door. If you put your awning out it will touch your neighbors awning..Dog park extremely small, seldom cleaned & never watered down...only wifi is at the rec room & very slow & at times not working. Full times not to friendly. On the plus side, close to beaches, but get to the bridge early or it might take you 45 mins to get over bridge to f/m beach.... Sites are way over priced ! ! One time never again even if it was free !
It's a great family friendly park ..very close to ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island as far as the sites there not all small lots some are lot and a half and some are double lots just depends on what you are looking for☺
It's an encore resort. Sites are like sardines in a tin can. Nice pool and club house.
