I rented an air bnb here for a month. The park is adorable. The people don't mind their business at all though even if you are just guest there. Apparently someone in the park was targeting my boyfriend saying his revs his engine and was speeding through the parking lot. We are grown adults who got up every morning to go to work and come back. The park is small as well as the roads you couldn't speed even if you tried. People in the park owned motorcycles and diesel trucks that literally would shake our camper and wake us up but we never complained. People had dogs that aggressively and annoyingly barked at you when they saw you. Yet my boyfriend was being targeted all because his car, which is an older stick shift car made noise when you started it up. My only guess is that he was being targeted for a noise complaint due to his skin color seeing that there isn't much diversity and they didn't want him there.

Good campground, nice sites and even a gym and decent swimming pool!

We were there 2 months total. It was quiet and no one bothered us. Office is wonderfully helpful. Pool is clean. Close to everything you need. I will say though, that second bathroom need to be remodeled DESPERATELY. It being a “resort” and in the Encore network, I expected a little nicer. Beware of the super narrow streets. The sites are decent size. Overall, I’d go back.

Hardto figure the street I was on

If you can get through to seaweed and the smell it can be a nice place
More than half are for 5th wheel or bigger.
Ive a 36 ft toy hauler and a fordf350, a complete package, new roof January. 4 New tires.
We have a 42 ft 5th wheel. We stayed there in Oct and BARELY fit in the site they gave us. We were coming back for a month and a half and found a site that we knew would be a better fit for our bigger trailer. We gave them a deposit on THAT site only to find out they moved us to an area where we WON'T fit. They insinuated that IF we were staying longer we would have had a better site. We CAN'T be gone 4 months and they obviously dont care. We cancelled our reservations but wont be able to come back in March because everything in the area is booked. Total lack of consideration and customer service!!!
You would be better off calling them. Maybe get a better rate.
I'll see a lot of people there with their RVs and stuff I'm not sure but you can check it out
Yes
Ask the front desk it changes in n outof seasons
Yes it is. We stayed here through Thousand Trails. Technically it is the "Encore", so you need to have the additional add on to your membership that gets you into the Encore parks.
There are a few park models for rent... I wouldn't say the cleanest
Fill out a temporary change of address card with the US Post Office for the dates you will be staying at the resort. All online shopping sites allow you to edit your shipping address. Just add the resort address. If you are not a full time resident of the park the staff in the front office will sort your mail and place it in a hanging file box near the front desk. UPS will deliver right to your site as long as you include that detail on your order shipping address.
The only free wifi is available at the clubhouse. All other locations require paying for the service.
Yes, it is. There is also a hot tub.
You can walk but will probably prefer to drive. There are lots of beaches within a few miles. Bikes would be helpful. I think the bathrooms, pool, and grounds were well kept.
Yes dogs are allowed if leashed. Be a responsible pet owner & pick up after your pet..Poop bags are avaiable at most beach access ...there is a dog park on the water at Lovers Key. Dogs can run free ! Check web site & tide times, park mostly floods during high tide, it refreshes the park 😊 If your dog is social with other dogs he will have a blast ! Dont forget your lawn chair....Great place for dogs.... Dogs not allowed on beaches in Naples, except at Vanderbelt area(I believe ).but its a long walk to the beach.. No on the campfires !
Peak months are more costly than non-peak months but they do give discounts for early reservations, and for staying extended periods. I won a free months stay from a drawing held at an early reservations event.
It's good
