We had an RV rally here in May, 2022. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were excellent. There is a lot to do in the area and it is a good off season rally venue.

The bath house is open. Unfortunately, our pool area is still under construction. The contractor is very close to wrapping it up. He seems to be in no hurry to finish the job.
There are homes you can buy, I'm not sure if any are for sale at the moment. Lot rent is a little high for what you get, but I am unsure how it compares for the area.

A few do have age/ condition limits, but Shady Acres does not as far as I know.

The San Carlos schools are all less than 2 miles.
