Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They aren’t very happy if you change your mind and it’s obvious. The measuring man refused to call 1st, he’s on his own schedule and doesn’t care about you. The installation was a disaster. They show up 1 hour later than I expected!! Had to call to see what was going on. The person at the store had no idea. They BROKE the backsplash! Said he’d come back later! I said okay, what choice did I have! I was there of course. He showed up at 4:30p. My dishwasher door still doesn’t work right after he pushed and pulled it over and over. I had to ask him to please not break it and he wasn’t happy. But… he did. I asked for the extra granite because he told me there was a big piece left, then he refused to give it to me . The women at the store weren’t nice either. I love how they speak Spanish and think you don’t understand, I did. Not a good experience, rude staff and overpriced.

They worked hard to find us the perfect stone. Everything they said they would do happened. Two professional installers came to the home, installed the stone and cleaned up after themselves.Anna communicated the entire process and it went exactly as she said it would. The sales lady at Absolute Granite seemed more intent on highlighting my ignorance, rather than making this sale an easy interaction. She actually shook her head 2 times while looking at my drawing, appearing just completely exasperated, by having to deal with me, "the untrained". She was almost appalled that I wanted to use backsplash instead of running the stone up the wall, (and shook her head again). I finally told her that "I seemed to have upset her morning and didn't want to irritate her any further". She dismissed me without hesitation... "Ok, have a good day" It was as if she went out of her way to communicate my insignificance to her. There were 2 companies that were able to give me a ballpark of pricing based on the rudimentary sketch of my kitchen and the stone that I selected (to be fine-tuned on the actual initial appointment) and if I didn't have enough information for her to do this... there are nice ways to say that. Maybe her time would be better spent honing her customer service skills, in lieu of perfecting her extremely long, non-functional, square tipped nails which scream "I am lady of leisure and I don't have to work for a living"

Highly recommend this company, we came from Ohio to do an installation and these guys helped us resolve an issue and did so at no charge! Really kind, friendly people running this shop and I’ll be sure to send as many people their way!
