I know that you do appraisals at this location (Ft. Myers). Do I need an appointment? Is the appraisal done on site while I wait? Is the appraiser GIA certified? And is the appraiser familiar with specialty cuts like “Crown of Light”?

Hi Linda! Yes, we do have an appraiser that is GIA certified. She can do appraisals on all diamonds and gemstones. She comes into the store to do the appraisals for us, as she is not full-time in this location. You can always call the store (239-277-1011) and I can gather some more information from you so I can let you know when would be the best time to drop your pieces off based on her schedule.
