I went to this jewelry store for the about 6 months ago when my husband bought an earing for his nose. A few days ago after seeing a Meditating Buddha for sale on-line for $37.98 I went to them because they were the only store in South Florida that had one in stock (Edison Mall in Ft. Myers). I spoke with Celestina "Tina" the mgr. She first insisted that the numbers didn't match up so I showed her while I was there that it was in fact the same item with the same number. She wouldn't honor the on-line price of $37.98, she wanted me to pay $80. I contacted Banter and spoke with Ashley who tried to help but at the end Tina refused to sell me the charm for the on-line price. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone I know!!!!

i went here multiple times and the experience itself was fine but oh my god the piercing itself was horrible. the earrings were not put where they marked with the marker and the angles were absolutely horrible. i got my seconds and thirds done here about four years ago and they never felt like they fully healed and still were sensitive and itchy and i couldn’t even take the earrings out without literally screaming in pain. i recently had an mri and had to take all my earrings out, and they were so hard to get out. then i go back to put them back in literally 24 hrs later and the holes are entirely closed. like i’m poking my ears and moving the skin around trying to find anything and i could only find one hole. even that one was half closed and i couldn’t get it fully though. now i have to get my ears repierced. this is a HORRIBLE experience and you get LESS THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR. if you’re looking to get a piercing done on yourself or your child for their birthday, go to an actual trained professional working in a piercing studio. this is the worst place i’ve ever been to.
