iPostal service has had massive improvements. Recent orders have smooth. Have had issues with iPostal specifically over many months that was jusst a training issue. Got to the point I had to file a complaint and iPostsl removed the extra fees. I went full Karen but it was no fault of specific employees though my previous review I blamed management. ***This review reflects my most recent experience with iPostal and staples specifically. Managers have been extremely friendly as helpful.

Walked in this evening to buy a chair. Front desk guy helped me as best as he could since the rest of the staff was "all in the back". Sat down for few minutes and finally someone came to help. He was extremely stressed out because of the workload. I explained to him which chair I wanted and the color as well, which he stated to me in a very abrasive way that the color I wanted was not available. I stated to him that the gentleman in front had checked in the system and the color I wanted was available. He said no because he was looking for that color for another client 30 minutes prior to my request. After some back and forth, I said I would take another color. Few minutes later, another gentleman walked in with the chair in the color I wanted in the first place. We went to the front and I asked the gentleman the position of the other person and his position. he explained that the other guy was a sales rep and he was the manager. I explained to him that there was no apologies for my time waiting and neither for the rudeness of the other gentleman. He apologized, I may add, a not sincere apology and explained that they were "busy" at the end of the day. He was not pleasant at all.I don't know how much Staples is paying these people but might not be a very good pay. You can see that they are not only stressed but they no longer care. The impression it's that they don't have enough people to work there. Poor customer service nowadays is a sickness throughout of the service industry. It's extremely disappointing when people act as they don't care! Will think twice if I will ever come back to that store.
