Very inconvenient, customer service is very nasty and rude. I very politely explained my issue, that the ATM several times has been unavailable for cash deposits. The next closet branch is at least 30 min away. Been charged with 6 fees. Never had these issues with other banks. I will be switching to another bank asap. Worst experience ever.

Stopped in for the first time to get a new debit card & I was impressed. Very long however, it moved extremely fast. Sierra helped me with a smile, and introduced me to new promotions & CC offers.
