Clean! If you have the black card you have all access to the massage chairs and tanning booth. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and understanding. No interruptions while working out. Classes are offered if you like group interactions. There is a Timed area where once your done everyone moves on to the next machine signaled by red and green light, grouped but individual at the same time. Very well organized workout areas.
