They are a decent bakery. The staff is friendly and always have a nice selection. Great butter cookies! The prices are ridiculously high which is the reason for 3 stars. Even the girl working there was shocked when I asked her to check a price on a cookie tray that wasn't marked.

They provided the cake for my baby shower and it was amazing! Everyone was asking my mom where it was from.

Paid for a $70 1/4 sheet vanilla pound cake. Cut into the cake and it was half chocolate and half vanilla. One of the guests couldn’t even eat chocolate which is why we ordered vanilla pound cake. They also asked for the cake back. I wasn’t about to bring the cake back after it was already cut for a very excited 2 year olds birthday. What we’re they going to do with the cake? Resell what they could save? They never fixed the issue in the first place of replacing the correct cake we ordered. They just offered $10…in place of a $70 pound cake. I’m also disgusted at how the issue was dealt with. Rude customer service. Absolutely disgraceful. We’ve been customers for over 20 years and I understand that businesses are “understaffed” and that “butter and eggs are expensive and that you have to make sacrifices” but we paid for a product we didn’t receive. I will absolutely never order anything from here again and I encourage others not to as well. Please find business elsewhere. ACME has the same quality cakes and better customer service. Total disappointment.
