THEY REP CALLED ME AND HAD EVERYTHING SET-UP FOR ME ON MY ARRIVAL. I WAS PINCHED FOR TIME AND HE HAD ME IN AND OUT BACK ON THE ROAD WITHIN 14 MIN OF ME GETTING TO THE LOCATION. I HAVE USED THIS BRANCH BEFOR, EVEN THOUGH THE BURLINGTON ROUTE 130 BRANCH IS CLOSER TO ME IN NJ. THIS BRANCH HAS ALWAYS HAD THE VEHICLE THAT I NEEDED (PLEASURE, TRAVILING, PROMS). THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I WAS PICKING UP MY RENTAL A MAN CAME IN AND ASKED IF HE COULD BY SOMETHING TO DRINK, THINKING THAT THEY HAD A VENDING MACHINE ON LOCATION. THE REP TOLD HIM TWO PLACES WHERE TO GET SOMETHING TO DRINK AND BEFOR THE GUY LEFT THE LOBBY THE WORKER OFFERED HIM A COLD CUP OF WATER FROM THE OFFICE. HE COULD HAVE SIMPLY TOLD THE MAN WHERE TO GO GET IT SOMETHING TO DRINK, BUT INSTEAD HE GAVE HIM WATER FROM THE BUSINESS. AN ACTION LIKE THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. I WILL BE RENTING A TRUCK FROM THEM THIS WEEKEND AS WELL. THE OLY THING I MISS IS THE AAA DISCOUNTS THAT I USE TO GET FOR YEARS, THAT THEY DON'T GIVE ANY MORE. THEY DO STILL GIVE VERY GOOD RATES COMPARE TO OTHER CAR RENTAL LOCATIONS.

Stay away from this location stops are not trained properly they charge me extra $118 I’m still trying to get that back on my cards they had the wrong email address and wrong phone number they didn’t even reach me out for anything and this was the case over two months ago and they just charge me after That should be very careful with these people and if you can avoid this location stay away from them
