I feel like the shelves are always empty here. They are constantly closed early or changing the hours because they are so short staffed. You cant walk in the actual entrance because the doors are broken and blocked off. It should really just be shutdown

The number of newspapers put in the rack is determined by the newspaper company (Inquirer or Courier Times). If you want a Sunday paper, you have to get it long before noon.
