Horrific experience, cabinet finishing department is terrible, delay, delay, delay and way over priced for the product installed.

My husband and I decided to do a long overdue upgrade on our master walk-in closet. I am an accessories nut with a lot of purses, shoes, hats, scarves and jewelry. And my husband is a bit of a clothes horse as well. We had wire shelving and the space was poorly designed, causing us to have to store much of our seasonal clothing in our guest room and making it difgicult to store other items so that they were easily accessible. So we were so excited to work with Melissa English, who was so cordial, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful to design a closet that was beautiful, functional, adjustable, and that made excellent use of the space to hold all of our clothing and all my beautiful accessories! The whole process took less than 10 days and we couldn't be happier with the results. It is literally a delight to go into my closet to put outfits together now. Everything has a place and is easily accessible. We love Melissa and Royal Palm Closet and cannot recommend them highly enough. And best of all, the prices were extremely reasonable and the installer did a phenomenal and quick job putting it all together!
