I’ve never felt comfortable with doctors so I’ve never been completely honest about what I was feeling but Gina has changed that for me. She is wonderful. She made me feel seen and genuinely cares about my physical AND mental health and that’s huge to me. Her MA is also amazing and so kind.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Never have I experienced such an incompetent office. I do not write reviews without first talking to them to try to get things fixed. I have been going to this office for 2 years and every single appointment was screwed up. The assistant was drawing my blood, during the height of Covid, mask free, while telling me she was not vaccinated. Phone calls go un-returned, staff transfers you without saying a word, I tried to get help from a nurse and got hung up on, they closed on a snow day with no word, I showed up for my appt to a locked door, prescriptions were not called in, I cant believe it but I could go on. I tried to discuss my concerns with the office manager but never got a call back. Thus, the review. Dr. Milling is great, but I have to go elsewhere. I cannot take it anymore. Consumer beware!

Don't go to this place. I was very surprised and disappointed at my experience. I saw Katie Young, PA, for a physical, ran blood and waited for my results. Well its been 2 months and I got no results. They wanted to set up a follow up for the results, but I never set up the follow up. They sent me a bill for an office visit and when I called, was told it was for the follow up (that I never had). Charged my insurance $330. I contacted my insurance to report this and explained the situation. They noted it and said that was a fraudulent practice to charge for a physical which is diagnostic and should be free. Getting results from your physical should always be free. The insurance company made a note of the situation and is investigating it. This place is involved in some shady billing practices. I want to add that I had Dr. Hepp pre-pandemic and changed based on recommendation. Dr. Hepp put my results in the portal around two weeks later and called me. I was NEVER charged for an office visit. Although she was busy...I can say my care was what I expected. CO has some of the best doctors, so I will just find another office that believes in integrity and the patient.

I was recommend to AIM about 2 years ago and initially was excited to be in an 'integrated' medical setting. I initially was seeing Katie Young and after a year and a half of following her recommendations on specialist am no closer to a medical answer. I guess after tiring of my 'issues' she recommended I see Dr. Snook. I really enjoyed his attentiveness and is the only reason I can muster giving a 2 star rating. Unfortunately, he's hard to get into see but will be the only doctor I continue with if I decide to remain at this practice. Lastly, after needing a physical and not wanting to wait until September (with Dr. Snook) I decided to try GINA CAPRARA. This was the worse physical I've ever received. There was no questionnaire on health concerns I'd like to discuss. After being told to undress from the waist down for a pap from her assistant, she enters the room to tell me I don't have to have but precedes (very roughly) when I tell her I was okay with having one. I can tell she didn't take a look at my chart because she roughly asks if I'll be needing an STD test. I've been married (15yrs) with 4 kids, umm, NO! After the pap she doesn't allow me to dress before continuing checking my breast, eyes, mouth, heart all while I'm laying down. She then reminds me that I'll need a mammogram after I turn 40. I attempt to try and tell her that my naturopath's iron test for me came back low and tried to discuss my levels and what I was taking (one of the main reasons I wanted a physical). All she said was, Yeah, it takes about 3 months to feel a change. Then ladies and gentlemen, she's out the door. How is that counted as a physical exam? Her labs for me didn't include a iron panel to double check what I reported. Absolute trash care! After that physical I am no closer to addressing my health concerns that at the start.
