Good selections, but primarily went in for shoes and found the overall selections fell short. Wide shoes were absent, ended up going elsewhere.

I went yesterday with my family to buy a perfume in the woman’s department. The lady in charge of that perfume area wasn’t nice because she removed the perfume that my wife was testing out, and she stored them away. We don’t know why she stored them away, because they are testing perfumes. She never said sorry or apologized when taking the perfumes away from my wife.

This Dillard's has great staff. They are so willing to help. An older gentleman in the men's formal Department helped me with measurements and picking out a suit and tie and was just a joy to work with. Just because of him I'll be continuing to shop at this Dillard's.

I went in looking for dresses. On the first (or maybe it was the 2nd floor) the sales person was kind and helpful. She also made me feel good about one of the dresses and helped finding another size. On the third floor (?), Ivanna was very kind and helpful. I was shopping alone and she helped me decide between two dresses. She was also just doing a great job in general from what I could see.
