Love JCPenney, but not enough checkout available. Went downstairs, then upstairs, finally was in line for over 20 minutes with only one cashier, til they finally called for backup. Went back to Penneys today to pick up an order I placed at the store with the cashier. The item was on clearance at the store, however the cashier did not inform me that the price was over twice as much on line. Has she told me this I never would have bought it. When I inform the cashier at the pickup she told me she could not match the price. You mean they don't match the price of their own products, that ridiculous. Also got a mystery coupon for 50% off, but so many things you can not use it on
