Just went to Belks in Rogers Arkansas and returned an item that I received online. After I returned item I walked around and found a couple item I wanted to Purchase. I went to find a register to check out and no associate was at any of them that I found including customer service. Found three associates at the front door trying to get people to Donate to a charity. I asked for and if there was a register with an associate working at one and they said sorry no. I said I guess I won’t purchase anything. They seemed to not care and said sorry. I put my items back and left the store very disappointed with the customer service these days. This was not a good experience.

Not a single thing for me, the shoe department was VERY low on inventory; however, my mother always finds something that she thinks is a "deal"...... which is important to me (only reason for the mid rating) Oh, and the woman who checked her out was very friendly!!!
