I'd like to know also. They took mine after I explained to account rep that mey checks went down and have been running around $300-400. They based my payment on $800-1000 checks but that has overtime on which I don't always receive. Asked them to bare with me and I would make a payment on Thursday. I work nights and when I woke up at 11:30 am I got a glass of water and noticed car was gone I just filled my car up on my way from home. I had $200 I was going to pay and that would have left me owing $50. They cost me 2 days if work at $17.50 an hour 10 hour shift and possibly my job!!! I know for a fact car- Mart has gotten cars out of impound for their customers who have no driver's license, insurance, and tag. In what wold do we live in that it's ok to allow a unlicensed driver to have a car back. I live in Oklahoma.

Unfortunately nothing if you've been driving it around for several months. Arkansas does have a lemon law but it is only 30 days.

I had to have my transmission replace 3 times its fixed now but they did me the same way.They told me the resson why they would not put me in something wlse is bc they would lose money.
