Yes. I understand the service contract. I have had complaints within 72 hrs of having the car that werent addressed and im having to pay out of pocket for! I paid the 75 for a clutch, and they tore my rear main seal, they fixed the seal and i picked it up an hr ago now my clutch wont go into gear and my power steering pump is shot! The tech says it came in that way, but it was all new!!!!
Because your service contract requires 75 deductable on covered items. None covered items are your expense
