Standing here waiting to checkout and there’s employees all around not really doing anything and I asked to check out twice and they made these calls on the radio but every single person ignore those calls. We end up waiting quite a while. Just buy a pair of pants.

Sadly I had that experience in the salon yesterday from a lady named Teresa or Tammy I was so angry at the way I was treated I don't remember her name. She also got another employee to back up her opinion so I felt bullied. If she didn't want to work on my hair yesterday that's fine just say so, but don't tell me how much needs cut off or how damaged it is when you never looked before you spoke. I had my hair looked at several weeks ago to see if I could perm it and it's fine I just didn't have time then. And I have no chemical on my hair except stain and all that does is fade out. Thank you JCPENNEY salon Aurora town center I will now be making appointment with my first choice.
