Worst Customer Service. Ordered a fridge on friday for delivery on sunday. Sunday came and went with no fridge. No phone call from the store but after I called at 730pm they told me truck broke down and someone would call on monday. I took the initiative on Monday and called at 730am and was told the scheduling manager would call in an hour or two. Two hours go by and no phone call. I decided to just go in and speak to a manager. The manager that I spoke to didn't care to help me at all. All they wanted to do was tell me no and they couldn't help me. They didn't even try to fix the situation only offered later delivery dates. Meanwhile I have a broken fridge and scheduled the delivery on Sunday so I wouldn't throw away food. The manager was not sympathetic and it seemed she just wanted to get me out of the store. I was not aggressive and certainly understanding that things happen out of their control but the manager certainly only wanted to say no and not be helpful. I will never shop here again even if its just for a roll of tape.

Good location, good selection. But do your own research when buying appliances, etc. Not much knowledge there.

Exchange, you can have your tanks refilled at smoker friendly at Yale and Parker Road
Call the lowes store..ask for customer service (press 0) then ask for a head cashier. Explain that you have your receipt and paperwork...but have not been contacted. Lowes is VERY GOOD about making things right and will get you answers straight away.
