This place has horrible customer service. My insurance company referred Safelite for windshield replacement some how during the windshield replacement they damaged my carpet. They scheduled someone to come out and assess the damage. He took pictures and left. I’m assuming he sent the info over to manager. The manager immediately called and stated they would not be repairing damage to carpet stating that it was already worn. My carpet was not worn or damaged before windshield replacement.
