Our experience with BGV Construction & Windows LLC has been very positive so far. We contacted their store in Washington, DC a couple of months ago to replace our front entry door. Our rep, Matthew, has been very professional, honest, informative, and meticulous during the initial review/quotation stage. He answered our questions and had his manager stop by to make sure that everything was correct before any work is done. Though we are waiting for the installation date, he has kept in touch with us regarding the status of our new front door. We will add comments after the work is completed.

We finally moved out of our small condo and managed to scoop up a fantastic home in Washington, DC. As great as it was, we wanted to update certain aspects of our house. Our whole experience with BGV Construction & Windows LLC has been outstanding. Right from the first call to their office, the attention to detail and customer service has been amazing. We had the sliding glass Doors in our master bedroom replaced. William came out to our house in Washington, DC, and talked through the best options for the replacement that met our needs and our budget.His team came to measure, and they provided us with a prompt quote and a clear itemized estimate for the work. Kay in the office was our key point of contact, and was always available for any questions we had during the process, and answered anything promptly. On the day of the installation, the team arrived and ensured they covered all the items in our room to prevent any damage or dust during the installation. The team was professional and completed the work with care and precision. They left our home spotless (you would never have known major work had taken place). I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service. It's so nice to deal with a company that cares about ensuring their customers' satisfaction. We will use them again for another project in the future.

I think they offer a variety of patio doors, including multi-slide doors. Last week, they put in our bi-fold door, and during our consultation, they mentioned that they also have that door.
