Normally I’m able to book an appointment here at the Stanley market. However, today I wasn’t able to so I did a walk-in. I had my daughter with me so I was fine with the wait. I was greeted right away and was told if I didn’t have an appointment then it would be up to a 40 min wait. I had arrived a little before 11. I sat and watched quite a few appointments come in, and then a few walk-in’s ahead of me. Over an hour later I still hadn’t been seen. I saw about 4 to 5 people without appointments get cuts ahead of me. I continued to wait to see if the three available chairs would be able to get me in. Nope. I had to walk out after being there over an hour. I like this place because they do quality work. Today just wasn’t a good experience.

Came in on a Sunday for a walk-in, got haircuts for both my boys (7 and 10) and a haircut and beard cut for myself. Hanna the stylist took really good care of me and my boys got great haircuts as well from Teresa and Valentina. definitely would recommend this hidden gem (the 2nd floor isn't always visible from the bottom one) to get haircuts while you're there and really recommend Hanna which gave me a great cut that looks good and will grow in nicely too.
