Unprofessional. Call them about 10 times to wait on a rental for them to tell me to come at 230 they will have a boat for me . When me and my family show up from a hour away they tell us one of the boats broke down so they can't help us until next week. Never again

Unbelievably rude and condescending. Unwilling to help or listen at all! The guy I spoke to should stay off the phone and go clean the lot.

They are quick to sell you a boat but the MINUTE you need them to service anything that goes wrong and is covered by the warranty they are unavailable and give you the run-around. Avoid doing business here or you will be sorry later.
