I,along with many others will no longer be shopping with this store as of today. The staff of this location discriminated against Adults with disabilities today and denied them access. With intentions to purchase items,only a staff member was allowed to enter with leaving the individuals she works with "out in the hall" per the employees at this location. With being one of the few stores left in this mall,I would think the store could use as much foot traffic as it gets. Regardless of a store counter or not,a customer is a customer,regardless if they are disabled or not.

I was there yesterday (Sunday July 17, 2022) afternoon. A very pleasant women greeted me and told me where to find what I needed. That's the 2 stars. When it came time to check out, I waited at the back counter. And waited. And waited. I called to see if anyone was around to check me out, but no response; I left everything on the counter and walked out. The woman in front said she didn't do register.

The employees themselves were sweet and helped me with what I needed but when one of them messed up when cashing me out the manager or boss came out and started using an attitude with me for doing a split payment. I felt shamed and although this happened at the beginning of the year it has made me avoid the place like the black plague.
