The people that work there. like your appointed lawyer is not there to help parent get there kid back. Every one of them are there to steal your kid so they have a job. Even the Consolers they make your child see. It's all a scam for money. My son was found incent of charges but yet they wouldent release him from jov. Untill he would except the lost 6 month probation and 13 concealing. Think your done . No then the dam concealer recommend life long concealing. My son is so mest up now . I use to tell my son that cops are your friends and to beleave in are Justice system. I don't say that any more.

I think perhaps you should take a step back and really assess whether or not this is the right choice for both you, and your child. I would recommend therapy sessions for both of you before something like this.

If you already have an attorney, ask them to do it for you. If not, call the phone number listed for the court location you have a court date with, and ask to reschedule. If possible, call the department you need to appear in. You can also try calling the juvenile probation office, since they always have a representative during court hearings, and they can communicate with the court.
