This was our first time having a mineral bath and massage. I was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were not sure what to expect. Everyone was sonice. After our bath we had our massages. My therapist was Jodi. She was amazing. My husband therapist was Kelly. She had her work cut out for her because he has bad back issues. She mad him feel wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Saratoga. We eould definitely go back. Thank you to everyone. Marissa greeted us and walked us through the process.... it wasa AMAZING EXPERIENCE..

Dana, I concur w WarSke. I am a regular at that spa and have never had that problem. Keep trying, I promise you wont regret the facility or the treatment you have. Let the front desk know so they can get someone on it. Enjoy! LA
