Dana, I concur w WarSke. I am a regular at that spa and have never had that problem. Keep trying, I promise you wont regret the facility or the treatment you have. Let the front desk know so they can get someone on it. Enjoy! LA
Dana those are some good questions you asked, anytime you have humans answering calls and not automated you risk things of that nature happening. The bad weather might be effecting the phone lines. But please keep trying until you get the answers you seek.
