This was the first time I used Sutters Urgent Care. I’m a Sutter patient do it was nice that they already had my records in their computer. One thing I didn’t know is that you can make an appointment so people were coming in after me and went ahead of me. So next time I’ll call and make an appointment for sure. The staff was super nice, welcoming and professional. Pam the nurse practitioner was excellent. She gave me lots of time and great advice and good medical care. I will totally use your services again.

Get a referral from your primary care, or if emergent go to a emergency room.
You don't have to be a patient you can walk in. They do not accept cash just FYI
I have Sutter insurance. I don't know if it's necessary for this location. No appointment and they had shots for kids too. I had called the number and they were super helpful.
Depending on the condition, yes. Illness I would go here. Life or death injuries, no.
