Jeep might be the worst company to own a vehicle with and these dealers dont help their case. My brand new jeeps battery went out but was still under warranty so I tried to get the battery replaced with the dealers who were apparently too busy for 2 months to take 5 mins to replace a battery. I was forced to replace the battery on my own and customer service said they would not reimburse me for the battery purchase since it was not changed at a certified dealer. I suppose Ill be eating the cost of the battery and then looking to trade/sell my jeep for another brand since this company clearly doesnt look after their customers.

Aside from some girls cackling like witches in the background I could barely even hear. The service guy that answered the phone was super rude, like annoyed that he even had to answer the call and I just asked for a quote on tires. Very unprofessional. This dealership is closer to my house but I'll just drive to the Nissan location to avoid the attitude.

Our service drive can get pretty busy. Having an appointment is recommended, but you can always stop by or give us a call to get the current wait time for service.
Our service department opens at 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:00 AM on Saturday.
