I was thrilled when I first stepped into this exquisite establishment way back in 2004. Ever since then, it has gone WAY down hill. It has been infested with adolescents congregating around the kitchen utensil section (rubber tongs), fidgeting on their cellular devices. I suspect their parents were somewhere in the store (probably the scented candles) trying to snatch the last ones for themselves. The staff has done nothing in their power to put this frenzy to an end, and I am appalled. This crate and barrel has reached my limit. I'm DONE.
