Called about buying a lot. The person in sales I spoke with said he had one left and I could come see it if I wanted to or not!! To say the least I didn't go look! I feel sorry for the people that live there and want to sell their lots!! My Southern born and bred manners will never step foot on this place. Instead I found a very nice and friendly place I purchased in Naples, Fl.

Beautifully landscaped, this RV resort has it all. Pickleball, tennis, salt water pool, and so much more. The lots are large and the people are so friendly. Close to the beaches and downtown Ft Myers. I highly recommend!

Yes. One shower in each bathroom. Maybe the cleanest you have ever used.
The pool Is fresh water 💧
Park does not have mobile homes, rentals are only for lots bring your own RV. There are rules for age and size and anyone wanting to rent should contact the rental office for specifics including pets and children. Park is an adult community so is limited on kids entertainment i.e. pool.
Depends on what you mean. We live here full time but own our lot. You can rent lots relatively long term but winter months are more costly than summer. And it's an availability thing. The resort is generally full with a waiting list in the winter so you have to make your reservations way in advance and/or when you do come in, buy your own lot. Then you can put it in the rental pool when you're not here if you want. We don't rent our lot because we're here full time. This is our home.
It is available at a couple of the buildings but not available everywhere.

No there's not but I know there's a company you can rent an RV from and they will bring it, set it up, and then pick it up after you leave. Check online for it and see if it's in this area because I'm unsure if it is.
