From the time we first inquired about an apartment to when we moved in, Jasper made the process simple and has gone above and beyond to make sure we settled in without any issues. The building is maintained very well and is kept clean daily by an amazing team who are super friendly as well. We’re happy to have made Meridia our new home.

The only fake reviews are most of the positives and the ones from Arianna Salazar. You know, I lived there. The place is a s&@# hole. If you don’t like when you are called out on your S%#* and get negative reviews, then fix it!!

Honestly when the project start, it was good place and worth the money but not anymore management sucks, parking is very limited, they don't have parking space for your guest. Building stink only ground and first floor don't stink. Most of the apartments floor squeaks because of flooring is bad. List goes on.
first solve your drug problem that place is infected with drug addicts and drug dealers it is very unsafe for families with children the police coming to meridia 10 times a week
