If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a joke, and the office personnel are a bunch of thieves! DO NOT go through them if you’re looking to purchase a home! I don’t know how it is going through a Real estate agent or purchasing by owner… but whatever you do, DO NOT go through the office!

Will looking for a home to purchase we were recommended to look at Siesta Bay. What a HUGE mistake. Dealt with Manager Ms Clark and sales rep Ms Loeb. We placed what we were told was a refundable deposit on a home only to find out that we were given partial information. We jumped though every hope Ms Clark placed in front of us only to find out she never forwarded the information until we pressed her to submit it, at which time she stated that it was too late to retrieve our refund. If you want to be layed too and mislead go to Siesta Bay. Make sure you have a good lawyer before you do.

Rentals from 800. A mo. Own from 6000. - 80000
There are some mobile homes for sale. The fees are not bad for RV sites but during this time of the year, January, February, March, $1,800+ a month not including electricity. You pay the electric separately to them at the end of the month. But the electric bill should not be much since you're not using your air conditioner as much.
I have a place in Siesta Bay that I will be listing For Sale by Jan 1st 2019 in the event that you know someone who is looking. At this point I have not employed a reality company so we could talk about a deal.
2- cats (inside only, any outside are removed) Special needs dogs are permitted with documentation
800 to 900 per month
Yes. I believe that if you have the property lease, you may sub-let. If you are renting yourself, you can not dub-dub-let.
I am in need of a rental for approx 30 days 1/29 to 2/25. Do you availability? Thank you. Brenda
Hello, it technically is a 55+ community. There are several rentals there that are weekly / monthly. Indian Creek is their sister park right next door. They are not 55+ and some sections are pet friendly
There is parking along the sides of the building and where you drive
I think about 800.00 a mo.
You would have to contact the office due to price changes throughout the times of the year
Party time..... Might be hard but call the office and look at the offers on the poolhall wall
Not sure. Call the park sales office
Yes they do, plus 2 clay tennis courts, bocce ball, 2 heated swimming pools, pool tables, hot tub in the front pool.
The physical park is nice, the office staff and managers need a course plus in customer service, they are just friendly as an independent owner park iis. The park is a corporate ,SUN Resort making theiir money on long term lot rent, and sales of manufacturerd units in the range of $80,000 ,and yearly rent revienue of $8428. The location I think is perfect.
They have "park models" for rent, Indian Creek has them too.
There are units for sale by owner and the park sales office. Great place, near beaches and Sanibel Island with many activities.
Have heard we dodged a bullet. Power could be out a while but not much damage to homes
