It was the most exhausting experience to deal with. From start to finish took months. The first person to take measurements messed them up horribly and the tub liner was made and didn't fit, a month later more measurements were taken and then a installation person showed up and made a huge mess of the installation and a huge mess in my house. The job had to be replaced once again by a different installation team and they did a ok job, but also made a mess and gouged the paint on my freshly painted bathroom wall. All in all if I had to do it over I'd have truly used a different company. UPDATE !!!!!!!! Bath Fitter response to me was we can't find your name associated with them. Very true because I had my boyfriend leave the review on his Google account so all could see how you r company is. Try looking for my name. Eleanora Valvo Then you call me so we can talk. UPDATE. received a call on 5/20 in late afternoon that project Will Not be taking place on 5/23!!! No new date given We put a deposit down in October 2021 and were told that someone would be contacting us to schedule the work shortly. Who would think that you could not schedule us until March 2022? That was upsetting because we are putting the walk in shower as a safety feature for my elderly parents. Waiting 5 months for an appt is not shortly in our book! We waited patiently and have now been rescheduled 3 times. We are getting no call backs, no explanation on why we keep getting pushed back. I had my elderly parents remove their personal belongings from the bathroom 3 times now and anywhere from 3 days to the night before they are supposed to come do the work they cancel. When we call the number we go into voice mail and never get a return call. Every once in a while we get a person that says they no nothing they only do the scheduling and they will call us the day before to schedule the work. Beyond frustrated that this has been going on for 9 months!!!!
