We have shopped Tile Outlets of America - Fort Myers now for over 20 years and we continue to come back! Excellent selections, great displays and helpful staff. This recent visit, we almost walked out as the first sales person was very negative in attitude and in fact told us she had "nothing to show us in the store to help us with our project". We walked away from her and came across Daniel Gallegos who listened to the project description we envisioned and he spent time educating us on how we could do our project. The key was specific tile selection and specific thin set mortar to complete the outdoor project. There were multiple options available to us and he personally offered suggestions we found very helpful. His professionalism and expertise were invaluable and he provided the sales experience we have always found so helpful in this store.

This was my 2nd visit to this store. On my most recent visit I went in to to select and purchase tile. I was immediately greeted and pointed in the general vicinity of where I could browse tile samples. At no time did anyone offer to help me further or show me where the mosaic tile was located once I selected the wall tile. Turns out the tile I selected was not in stock and there were no samples to purchase and bring home. I eventually found the mosaic tile on my own after walking the entire store. Just before leaving I inquired at the register about bath vanities and was told the designer is only there Mon-Fri. This was Saturday. I decided to try Home Depot and found the tile i liked (in stock) at a much better price and also a vanity with faucet and marble top and purchased all in one-stop shop. So convenient. Store staff seems disinterested in proving a good customer experience. I felt that my presence was an annoyance to the staff.
