We had plans for my sister in law to stay at the resort this coming winter, but sadly she passed away. Contacted the resort 5 months in advance to see if we could get our deposit back and they declined. So the park is going to release the spot again, it just doesn’t seem right to keep the deposit. Sad how companies can do this with no feelings for someone’s loss. Not a company I’ll be doing business with again.

This is the worst rv park I have ever stayed in. The management was rude and did not care about their customers. The guide took me in and had me drive over a sandy area where I got stuck. I had to get a tow truck to get out and management did not care or have any concerns that there man guided me in. I will never stay here again and do not advise anyone to stay at this site. I heard other customers tell me they had the same issue where there personnel guided them in and got stuck with no compensation from management. Management did not give any compensation or reimbursement for the expense of the tow truck or even cared. Worst rv park I have ever stayed in and very surprised that Good Sam would have a dog track like this place in there good sam book.

This is a very beautiful RV park . Everyone is just so nice and helpful. The place is very well maintained. I enjoyed my few visits their and would recommend staying but spaces goes fast .

Competition

Is Fishing allowed in the stream running along side the resort?. I pass by the resort and see the stream every time coming home on the Lee Tran bus and i've always wondered if i could fish there

That is the ten mile canal and runs to Estero Bay. You can only fish in the park if you are a guest of the Fort Myers RV resort, and you also must have a Florida fishing license.

Yes for a fee you can dump I think its 25.00 call to make sure of price.
