This is a nature preserve with trails. The trails are not paved but I won't complain about that, unlike some other visitors, because this is a nature preserve. I'm glad Buckingham will have this sliver of nature left after all of the new construction has destroyed most of it.

Nice, quiet area where the Buckingham air base used to be. No cost to walk through the Preserve.

Large quiet area with some history. No restrooms. Partially shaded. Trails are marked and get sandy, so be prepared for a workout.

Yes. I wouldn't go if you've had recent rain. Parts could be muddy. Enjoyable walk!
Sadly, no. There's a no dogs sign on the gate leading into the preserve. It's disappointing.
