Online said that a particular item was in stock, but upon arrival it was nowhere to be found with an empty spot on the shelf. No staff to be found either besides the one cashier that had multiple people to deal with, so I just left. The store itself seemed decently stocked otherwise, but it's not particularly nice. It is not grungy just not ideal either.

Today Sept 13th 2022 I Had to make 2 copies and the person at printer said she was done for the day. I arrived more than half an hour before closing time (they ate still open as I'm writting this) when I requested to speak with the manager she said she was the manager and started laughing like in a "what are you gonna do attitude" she then closed the rope on my face. If the owner reads this, you employees are stealing you paid hours. I will even call headquarters to make a formal complaint

Today I hands down experienced the absolute worst customer service at the printing station with Jill. To be completely honest, I’m not sure how a person with an attitude and demeanor like that can make it through the hiring process. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or was actually demonic but the satisfaction she got out of not being helpful was thoroughly concerning. I would rather poke needles in my eyes than ever use Office Depot for printing again. Do better.
