With an appointment you will likely wait 3 to 4+ hours for even a simple service. Without an appointment you might wait until the end of the day or the next day. Get an appointment or go somewhere else for non-warranty work.
Do not just drive in, unless you just want to top off wind shield wash fluid. Cause even with an appointment I have waited 3 hours, and I mean simple stuff like tire rotation, or to address a manufacturer's recall notice about a gasket. Although the service staff are good.
