Went in for an oil change and asked them to check windshield wipers. Waited 3 hours....and they had only done the oil change but never checked windshield wipers. Terrible customer service. When I mentioned this to my friend who also owns a Toyota, she said Ft Myers is the worst ...take it to the Naples Toyota dealership. Which is what I will do in the future.

Tina the sales rep was great. Unfortunately they have some other sales reps who are extremely rude and a terrible finance policy. You MUST use the one lender they work with. The finance director Morgan did admit they have a much higher interest rate. He used the example of if a bank is offering 4% his bank is probably around a 6%. He tried to spin this like it was no big deal, saying I could just refinance after. That's insane. There are plenty other dealerships around that aren't as sketchy. Toyota is advertising a 1.9% apr (for qualified buyers) but Morgan said his dealership will not honor it and again to just buy the vehicle and refinance. It was clear he does not have customers best interest in mind and just cares about the sales. I have a GM lease and GM will currently not sell their leases to non GM dealers because of the inventory shortage. I explained that I will look into buying the lease from GM and then trading it in with them. He told me that would take to long and just buy the vehicle on his lot then buy my lease and then sell it. He is a finance manager and doesn't see the benefit of using it as a trade in so I could save thousands of dollars on taxes? LOL come on.

20 to 33 thousand . go now. End of the month with black friday deals. Find the cheapest one and make a deal. If they have tags on the mirrors thats the price. Tell them i sent you.
unfortunately this dealer does lonque be to sell you but in the end one loses. I do not recommend it to anyone there are few honest people there
With an appointment you will likely wait 3 to 4+ hours for even a simple service. Without an appointment you might wait until the end of the day or the next day. Get an appointment or go somewhere else for non-warranty work.
You can go to Toyota. If you bought a car at a certified Toyota dealership, it will be easier to get the car's information on file.

If your wife did not specify on the type of tire she wanted they will replace what was on the vehicle. Was it a SUV or truck? if so that's usually what you pay for a replacement tire that was the same as the other bad tire.
