I would also like to know if management enjoys breaking the law? It is the law that an employee is required to have a lunch break after working 6 hours. But the Pumpstation works its staff 10 to 12 hours at a stretch without a lunch break. Why?

This is all well and good, but how are their gluten free options?

I worked in a restaurant for many years, and my manager was always after her staff to take their lunch, a full 30 minutes, because New York State would be on her butt if we didn't take our full lunch. I'm curious, has New York changed it's laws, or is someone accepting bribes to look the other way????

Can't answer to their policies but I know some atates are not required to give breaks but do so as a " courtesy"
