Terrible, the absolute worst dentist office, Dentist quit everyday and they take it out on the patients. The receptionists and hygienist don’t care. There’s one decent person and that’s Bianca. The rest of them can go to hell that whole place needs to be shut down. I waited three hours for them to tell me i have to reschedule and i have to do that next month. I already waited two months and three hours. Please shut this place down.

Actual dental appointments not bad at all …. Now as for scheduling appointment, horrible. Not only was I on hold for multiple hours, there isn’t a voice messaging system, or even an automatic response letting you know if appointments are available. I traveled to the building after not reaching anyone, to be told they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have a mask and they couldn’t provide one for me although I am a PATIENT of theirs . Now we all know masks are required almost everywhere, but we also know that healthcare facilities have been providing them so a warning before traveling to the facility would have been helpful . (With less than 20 minutes to close because I was also at work today, they wanted me to go elsewhere to get a mask which would be fine had I had known they weren’t providing them but I was not) Also it was stated that you could schedule appointments online and that option was not available . Please do better with communication & accommodations. 3 hours of waiting on the phone compared to one mask ?? Inconsiderate at its finest just to be told the appointments are all booked anyway . So I waited for no reason and wasted gas. Other than that reception guy had a great attitude, and was understanding . Dentist did a great job.

I've been trying to get my teeth cleaned for two years now. First, I was told that I needed Xrays because lockdown made it so that it's been too long since last being seen. Then, after many months of waiting on hold for hours(an average of 3-4 hours at a time) just to make THAT appointment, my cleaning appointment isn't in their system. As a matter of fact, as I sit here frustrated alongside TWENTY FIVE other patients, Whitney Young doesn't have the appointments in the system for most of the folks wasting their time here today. Smh

RUN AWAY! 0 stars. My mother-in-law had her teeth extracted in Feb and now it's July and she still has no teeth! She needs an additional surgery per this office but the surgeon has been unsuccessful in receiving any feedback regarding clarification of the procedure and can't move forward without speaking to a dentist. She has tried to help with this process but the receptionist placed the blame on the surgeon saying they never reached out. She was trying to make an appt, to assist the surgeon keep things moving, to which she was placed on hold for 2 and a half hours for the receptionist to say she couldn't make an appointment and that she would need to "check with mommy first" referring to the dentist. When asked when they would get back to her she rudely said "depends on what mommy says". Completely unprofessional. There are no words for this office. It feels like a nightmare. You're better off being in debt to another office than using this one whom may take your insurance!

No they dont someone is always at the desk if you have a question but the Doctors do take lunch 1 to 2pm every day
