How do I camp here when it seems it's always booked up?

You have to plan ahead and book it on their website. It's a nice place. If it doesn't work out try Myakka State park. Close, big and nice!

I have been at OS when the website says all sites booked. I pick walkup sites and have always got a site. John Dale has it right though. Myakka is just down the road and is a great campground/park!

I volunteer at this park and they were saying that you have to book a year ahead. I agree that Myakka is great for camping.
