There is no valet. The parking lot is directly in front of the building. None of the DVC resorts have valet right now.

Valet is available at the Contemporary Resort (June 2021), but not at Bay Lake Tower. However, there never has been valet at Bay Lake Tower for as long as I've been a member. (2015)
