It has become a family tradition to dine at Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge on our last evening at WDW. We camped at Ft. Wilderness, so I can't rate the rooms. The lobby is awesome, so I presume the rooms are too. It's WDW down to the tiniest detail...magic!

Yes you can! The wilderness lodge is our favorite Disney resort! I also highly recommend the whispering canyon Cafe... they have yummy food!
There are so many good places to eat dinner, I honestly can't say "best" as you put it. We did have a wonderful time and great breakfast there. In the Disney World Hotels and Resorts, our favorite is Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's a buffet with great food and the largest selection of food on the WDW property. We try to get there at least once each time we go. If you are celebrating, like an Anniversary, tell them and they bring you a special dessert and small champagne or cider.
